For the cancellation guarantee to be covered, it must be taken out at the same time as the trip covered by this insurance, or within the following 7 days at the latest.
Together with this product, you can take out the IATI AirHelp add-on, exclusively for our clients, which we will use to claim compensation of up to €600 that you may be entitled to in the event of flight cancellation, delay, or missed connections.

If the means of transport on which you are travelling is delayed in departure for more than 4 hours, we will reimburse you, subject to proof of payment, €50 for every 4 hours to cover part of the costs incurred. Delays due to strikes or social conflicts are excluded.

If the means of public transport is delayed due to technical failure, strikes, bad weather or natural disasters, intervention by the authorities or other persons by force, and, as a result of this delay, it is impossible for you to connect to the next means of public transport closed and provided for in the ticket, we will reimburse you for the costs incurred while waiting.
